Beta hardware expectations
Limited beta hardware is first batch hardware. Customers should expect beta-stage documentation, setup refinement, and support follow-up while the product experience is improved.
Early users can provide feedback that may influence future improvements, but feedback does not promise specific feature delivery.
Returned hardware condition
Returned hardware should be sent back with reasonable care, including the device, included accessories, and packaging where available. Hardware that is damaged, missing parts, or altered may affect the return review.
